উত্তরঃ প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করার সময় যদি ভাঙা কিংবা ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে কল করে জানাতে হবে। আমাদেরকে কল করুন 01996191189 এই নাম্বারে, অথবা আপনি নিজে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ না করতে পারলে যিনি আপনার পরিবর্তে প্রোডাক্ট টি বুঝে নিবেন তাকে অবশ্যই এই ব্যাপারে অবহিত করবেন ।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাবার পর এই ধরনের কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

উত্তরঃ প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সময় যদি আপনার অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট ও রিসিভ করা প্রোডাক্ট এক না হয় তাহলে আমাদেরকে কল করে জানাতে হবে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান সামনে থাকা অবস্থায়। অভিযোগের সত্যতার ভিত্তিতে আমরা মিসিং প্রোডাক্ট গুলো ৪৮-৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে পৌঁছে দেবো এবং এর জন্য আপনাকে অতিরিক্ত কোন ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না।

উত্তরঃ প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রোডাক্টটি রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন। সে ক্ষেত্রে আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্টটির সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত অবস্থার ভিডিও কিংবা ছবি পাঠাতে হবে। আপনার অভিযোগ গ্রহনের ১-২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট কিংবা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
প্রশ্নঃ প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর ক্যান্সেল করতে চাইলে
উত্তরঃ প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর ক্যান্সেল করতে চাইলে, যেদিন অর্ডার করেছেন সেদিন বিকাল ৫ টার পূর্বে আমাদের কে জানাতে হবে। প্রোডাক্ট আপনার এরিয়া কিংবা বাসায় নিচে গিয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যান কল করার পর ক্যান্সেল করতে চাইলে সে ক্ষেত্রে ক্যান্সেলেশন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। ( ঢাকার মধ্যে ৯০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে ১২০ টাকা)।১. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং বিনিময়ঃ
আমাদের “ফুলফিলমেন্ট টিমের” কাছে পন্য না আসা পর্যন্ত কসমেটিশিয়াতে ফেরত পন্য হিসেবে গন্য হবে না। আমাদের বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, রিটার্নের প্রয়োজন ছাড়াই রিফান্ড জারি করা যেতে পারে। কসমেটিশিয়া ফেরত, বাতিল এবং বিনিময়ের সুযোগ দিচ্ছে কিন্তু সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কসমেটিশিয়ার কিছু পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে হবে, আমরা ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দিয়ে থাকি। পেমেন্টের জন্য একই চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করে থেকি যা আপনি ব্যবহার করেছেন।
২. কি এবং কিভাবে ফেরত দিতে পারি?

যদি কোনো কারণে আপনি নিজে পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করতে না পারেন, তাহলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই সেই ব্যক্তিকে জানাতে হবে যিনি আপনার পরিবর্তে পণ্যটি পেয়েছেন।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর এ ধরনের কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করার সময় যদি ভুল পণ্য বা প্রোডাক্ট সংখ্যা সঠিক না হয় তবে আপনার চালান নম্বরের সাথে তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে আপনাকে ফোন করে জানাতে হবে। আমরা ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সঠিক পণ্যগুলি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দেব এর জন্য আপনাকে কোনও অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না।
পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পরে যদি এটি আপনার প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী কাজ না করে বা পণ্যের উল্লিখিত বৈশিষ্ট্যটি অনুপস্থিত থাকে, আপনি আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
মনে রাখবেন, পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পর সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার অভিযোগ সম্পর্কে আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারিম্যানের থেকে পণ্য বুঝে নেয়ার সময় পণ্যটি পছন্দ না হলে, আপনি ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে পন্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন। পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়াহীন এবং কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়াই হতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে (ঢাকার ভিতরে 90 টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে 150 টাকা)।আপনি যদি কসমেটিশিয়া থেকে কোনো নকল পণ্য পান এবং সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনি এটি প্রমাণ করতে সক্ষম হন, সেক্ষেত্রে যদি আপনি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান করেন তবে আমরা আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেব।

- Returns, Refunds and Exchange
Cosmetisia does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Cosmetisia does not take title to the refunded item. Cosmetisia gives the opportunity to return, refund, cancel, and exchange but in that case, you need to follow the procedure of Cosmetisia. We will return & refund within 7 working days. - What and how can I return?
- If the product is damaged or broken while delivering the product, you must call and inform us in front of the Deliveryman. You can call us at 01996191189 or send an email to [email protected]. If for some reason you can’t receive the product yourself, you must inform the person who received the product instead of you. No such complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.
- If the product or number is not correct while receiving the product your Invoice number and the product received are not the same, you just need to call and inform us in front of the delivery man. We will deliver the missing products to you within 24-72 hours and you do not have to pay any extra delivery charge. No such complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.
- If The product is not as expected, after receiving the product it does not work as you expected or the feature mentioned in the product page is missing, you can contact our complaint handling team.
